I feel like her voice is becoming more balanced since she first had surgery. The rasp is still there but her voice is becoming stronger and her familiar tone is more evident. I love it!

My favorites in the world ❤ ❤ I saved this one for last listening to this album. I always loved when Dolly sang it. But when I saw Miley sing it Awwwww ❤ ❤ See where I come from in Hazard, Ky its 🌽 🍞 and 🐔 lol So I was raised on this stuff.
